What types of payments and credit cards do you accept?
We accept certified funds (money orders or cashiers checks) credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Shipping charges vary according to product weight and destination. Most products are shipped via UPS because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software.
Can I track my order?
Yes. For customers who choose to register when they checkout, we offer the convenience of Order Tracking. Simply login to your account, click Order Tracking and select the order, which you are inquiring about to find out if your order has been shipped and to obtain the UPS tracking number.
Can I have an order shipped to a P.O Box?
No. Merchandise is primarily shipped via UPS and UPS requires a valid street address. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. If you do receive an order and decide you want to return or exchange it please see our Return/Exchange policy.
The quantity in stock is listed next to every product we sell. If you order an item that is not in stock it will be back ordered. Back ordered items can generally take 2-4 weeks to receive from the manufacturer.

Can I return or exchange and item?
Yes. Items in ‘NEW’ condition may be returned for exchange or credit. For a more prompt exchange/refund, please keep your invoice! If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:
Return in original packaging (in NEW condition).
Return to us within (10) days.
Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise.
Enclose a brief letter of explanation.
Merchandise returned for exchange will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge.
Merchandise returned for refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee – $5.00 minimum.
All returns must be prepaid.
No COD’s accepted.
If the merchandise you wish to receive is out of stock, a refund/credit will be issued promptly. All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.
If you have any questions concerning an exchange/refund please contact us immediately.
We are unable to process returns on ammunition due to liability and safety issues.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival do not accept the shipment. If after you open your shipment you find that you have received damaged or defective merchandise, contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, RPS, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. Please contact us immediately by email so we can resolve the problem.
A-1 Hunting and Shooting Supply does not warranty the merchandise we sell. All warranties, either stated or implied, are the sole responsibility of the product’s manufacturer. Because manufacturer’s warranties vary from item to item, please refer to the documentation that accompanies your purchase for warranty details.
Buying Guns Online
A-1 Hunting and Shooting Supply sells firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws. We can ship a firearm to any Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL Dealer) within the United States to handle the ownership transfer. You do not need to search for a FFL dealer to receive your firearm. We present you with a list of local dealers ready to accept your firearm. Most dealers charge a nominal fee ($20-$45) for the ownership transfer service.
Notice to All Customers
A-1 Hunting and Shooting Supply cannot possibly be aware of and interpret all of the city, county, state and federal restrictions for the large assortment of products that we offer. With this in mind we do not warrant that you may legally purchase, resell, own, or use all of the products offered by us. Many cities, counties and states prohibit certain products and it is your responsibility to be in compliance with all laws regarding these products. Products of issue include, but are not limited to Ammunition, High Capacity Magazines, Knives, Stun Guns, Pepper Spray, and Airguns. When you place an order with us for products that may have restrictions, you warrant to us that you are a legal adult without legal restrictions and are in compliance with all local city, county, state and federal laws.
